Brian Untermeyer is a Managing Director in the US National Tax practice at Andersen. He has more than 30 years of experience in advising inbound and outbound multinational public and private companies on U.S. domestic and international tax issues across multiple industries.
Brian has deep expertise in the areas of structuring/restructuring, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, planning, coordination of local country issues, and addressing key business needs.
Prior to joining Andersen, Brian was an international tax partner at Deloitte, serving in Houston, Dallas, Denver, and Hong Kong. Previously, Brian was an international tax partner at Arthur Andersen LLP in Houston
