Peter J. Coscia

Peter Coscia serves as the Regional Managing Director for the Caribbean and the Office Managing Director of Andersen's New York office. He has over 29 years of experience in providing tax services to businesses and their owners. He focuses on partnerships and LLCs and emerging, closely-held, and publicly-held corporations. His primary practice areas include federal, state and local tax compliance, entity tax planning, tax provision calculations and analyses, choice of entity structuring, federal, state and local audit defense, and state and local tax consulting.

Peter's industry experience includes technology, private equity funds, fund of funds, media and entertainment, advertising, real estate, and investment partnerships.

Before joining Andersen, Peter was with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. At one of these firms, he co-led the Metro New York Contract Tax Services Group, which provided outsourcing tax services to companies of all sizes. Continuing his focus on business entities at Andersen, Peter provides tax services to all types of companies and their owners.

Peter was the Editor-in-Chief of the Andersen Newsletter, For the Record, from its inaugural issue in February 2003 through 2015.
