Emily S. Hall

Emily Hall has over 15 years of experience in tax consulting. Her practice area focuses on corporate federal and state tax compliance, consulting, and provision services for public and privately held clients. As part of the Commercial group, Emily focuses on helping clients coordinate corporate income tax planning  and compliance. She also assists clients with income tax provision preparation and coordinates with clients' financial statement auditors. Emily’s current and past clients include companies in the biopharmaceutical, life sciences, health care, technology, and consumer products industries.

Before joining Andersen, Emily practiced with international professional services firms such as Deloitte and KPMG in San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. She worked in the Federal Tax group, specializing in the coordination and delivery of income tax compliance and provision projects. She also assisted in several income tax provision reviews of prior firms' audit clients as part of the quarterly and annual financial statement audits.
