Catherine A. Elchinoff

Cathy Elchinoff has over 30 years of progressive operations, recruiting and human resources experience in professional services firms. After working for Arthur Andersen for 14 years as a Senior Manager of Recruiting and Operations, she built a strong foundation and continues to align operations and hiring strategies with the firm’s business plans.

As the current leader of our National Recruiting Team, Cathy is responsible for overseeing a group of talented recruiters who are committed to sourcing quality candidates at all levels across the firm. Cathy also has responsibilities in global and U.S. operations-related matters.
